Heat exchangers for stoves and fireplaces

An option for heating several rooms is heating from a fireplace or stove with a water circuit. In fact, these are ordinary batteries. But they work not from an electric or gas boiler, but from a wood-burning fireplace. A water loop stove is a conventional wood stove that has a water heat exchanger built into the body that heats the water that passes through the stove. Typically, a fireplace or stove warms one or two rooms in which it is installed, but not enough heat reaches remote rooms.

It is the heat exchanger that ensures the removal of part of the heat from the stove to other rooms via radiators or heated floors, as well as to the boiler of the hot water system. Such a system can significantly increase the efficiency of the furnace and reduce heating and water heating costs.

We will calculate and manufacture a heat exchanger from stainless or thick-walled carbon steel – which will allow it to be used for many years in your heating system.
